Happy Monday and Happy July!!!!!

As Amy enters, her last month before she turns ONE, I am working on different transition one being less bottle and more sippy cup. This girl is not the easy to transition when it comes to materials, she did great on first day of milk transition, but this sippy cup she thinks it a temp thing. I have purchase a few different type that says it helps but just when I get a little to excited about it she drops the cup and no longer wants it. I need some mothers to tell me how have they work on the sippy cup with their babies. I know Amy and I know that if I don’t start early with her she will be to comfortable so I have to teach her that drinking from a different form is ok. She loves her milk in her bottle but she also needs to learn to drink from a sippy cup. Here are some products that I have purchase to help. The Green and Pink sippy cup by “munckie” seem to be sort of working more because the tip is moveable and helps with biting, Amy loves to bite so apparently it says that it anti-biting. The other sippy I brought her was the “Avent Philips” she not much of a fan. Amy learns so fast so I want to teach her as much stuff at her early age, I push it as much as I can but I do come back to it just so she remembers that there are other ways to do things, especially when it comes to drinking her milky. I have even taken out the top and she seems to like it better that way but we are still a bit messy. The one cup she likes is the NUK, she drank it like if it was a bottle. I guess it just takes several products to try until I find a winner for her. I like to hear from other mothers to see what they did to transition their baby into sippy cup or cups.
