It has been one crazy week!!! Christmas is over and Amy has new entertainment toys. Her grandparents have given her a walker and a jumper along with some other toys to keep her busy. As Amy grows she is experimenting with her hands, feet, eyes, ears, she wants to be able to do stuff and what better way then to exercise her body. I know that in the near future I will do outdoor activities with Amy, but in the mean time it is cold out doors so I am looking for ways to keep her busy and get her tired. She has shown interest in numbers, letters, reading, singing is her biggest interest, now she doing more movement with her feet. I can see her trying to take steps in the next months to come, although I know she is only 4 months next week she turns 5 months, Amy little tooth is sticking out, Amy is jumping, and almost siting with very little help.

As I mention in another blog with Amy teething…. her bottom tooth is poking out… very exciting, and today Amy is eating her fruits a bit more, she love oatmeal banana and apple in the mornings and for later snack she will have sweet potatoes. Baby girl is more active then ever. She still dislike tummy time, so we are trying other activities which has help her improve sitting almost on her own. In the next month or year I will be working on trying to plan play dates with other babies… I would like to get a group going maybe once a month so that Amy can learn to share, be active, learn from other babies, and this way it can get her prep for future school. I know Amy has a while to go but because I have the time to be with my baby girl I want to start her young. I think if babies associate with other babies it helps them develop better people skills.
