I never knew that in order for me to leave the house with baby I had to plan according. Before I would pick and go, now I have to make sure that if I leave the house Amy is either fed or will feed and if she is due to feed and I have to be out her bottle better be ready as I walk out the door. I have to make sure I pack her bags at least within 30 mins before I have to leave. At first when she was newborn it was easier because she sleep so much now she is active and I have to have toys to keep her busy on the rides. I also learn that if I dress her first thats her cue to being put on the car seat, so I rather get ready first then dress her up that way I don’t forget myself or something for her.

As a new mother you learn a new routine and learn ways to remember what you need, I once forgot the formula and had to go back to double look what I could have forgotten. I always get that feeling that I am forgetting something. So I make a quick routine list in my head.

I learn with Amy that it best to plan when it is her nap time that way she sleep while you get to your destination.  Normally my outings get planned ahead any store run, or play date have to be planned ahead, I know it will get easier as she grows because my baby bag will be a grab and pick up. In the mean time I learn to pack light when is a short run and a big baby bag when I know I will be out for longer periods of time. I think it is a matter of just getting to know your baby and her routines.
